Processing roles

When processing personal data on a customer's behalf to provide contracted features, Poggo may act as a Processor. For account administration, billing, security, or legal obligations, it may act as a Controller.

Responsibilities

• •Customers must have a legal basis for data entered into the platform.
• •Poggo processes data according to documented and technically feasible instructions.
• •The parties must adopt measures compatible with applicable data-protection law.

Security and rights

Poggo applies appropriate security measures and cooperates, to the technically possible extent, with data-subject rights requests.
